Tokyo (Sept. 21, 2006) -- Nissan Motor Co. Ltd., and Nissan Motorsports International Co., Ltd., are jointly exhibiting 16 new and old racing cars, with some vehicles also conducting demonstration runs, at the MOTORSPORT JAPAN 2006 - Festival in Odaiba, to be held on September 23rd and 24th in the Aomi district of Odaiba, Tokyo.

The event is supported by manufacturers, organisations, the media and drivers in Japan’s car and motorsports industry for the purpose of nurturing motorsports culture in the country. Nissan aims to send a message of its driving pleasure initiative to a wide range of people through the event.
Nissan will also display message panels, a Fairlady Z Ver. S production car, and its limited edition NISMO Fairlady Z S-Tune GT, in the exhibition booth to explain how motorsports technology is reflected in production cars.
