The group using the Tiida and responsible for managing the CCC team is Ghiasports, which is based at the Zhuhai International Circuit in Guangdong Province of China. Ghiasports is responsible for the management of the driving school at Zhuhai, from which drivers are sourced for events that are held locally, including touring car races and Formula Renault. Ghiasports also takes part in formula races, supercar races and touring car races at Macau. Managing Director of Ghiasports Sam Hui (53 years old) has himself appeared in rallies and touring car races as a hobby, and in 1998 decided to launch his own motor racing business. His business is wide-ranging and centered on circuit-based services for one-make races and formula races for beginners, and it was a natural progression for Hui to form and operate his own racing team. Ghiasports fielded a team in the 2005 CCC in the 2,000cc class, proving to be a superlative team, grasping the championship. Dongfeng Nissan selected the Ghiasports team for its CCC campaign this season, aiming to capitalize on the team's experience and power.

The two Tiida drivers were selected after taking part in track auditions at the end of 2005. NISMO and driver Tetsuya Tanaka also took part in the auditions,

and finally the two drivers who were chosen were Hai Sheng Guo (also known as "Hoi-san") who is local to Zhuhai and has a 14-year driving career, and Xiao Le He (aka "Rollo"), who has attracted attention for his future potential. This pair comprises the team drivers for Dongfeng Nissan in this year's CCC.

Hai Sheng Guo has a wide-ranging race experience, including the Macau Touring Car Race and the Asia Touring Car Championship that takes place throughout the countries of Southeast Asia. His long 14-year career makes him a trailblazer among China's drivers. Born in Zhuhai in 1964, in 1996 when the Zhuhai International Circuit was first completed he took on the role of instructor at the driving school there. When the CCC.
