Europe 24 Hour Race

In Europe, 24-hour races are actively participated in. Currently, the famous Le Mans 24 Hours (June, France) is a sports car race focusing on prototype cars, while the 24 Hours of Spa (held in July at Spa Francorchamps, Belgium) is a round of the FIA GT Championship. Meanwhile, mass-market cars serve as the focus for the touring car-based 24 Hours of the Nurburgring (May, Germany) where a swarm of over 200 privateer entries take part. Moreover, having started in recent years, the Dubai 24 Hours (UAE) has become a fixture on the calendar, taking place in January. The 24-hour race for privateers attracts a lot of entries from places such as Hungary.

GTAcademy

“From Game Tournament Winner to True Racing Driver”
This dream-like programme is the GT Academy.
The plan became a reality through the collaboration between NISSAN Europe and Sony Computer Entertainment, pitting players of PlayStation 3 from every European country to test their driving skills in ‘Granturismo’, where the winning participants were given the chance to take part in an actual race in the real world.
